Shealy SELF-HEALTH Day #26

Assume your position. Close your eyes. Take a deep breath and let it out slowly.

With each in breath say:
  I have everything within myself

With each out breath say:
 to enjoy every minute of every day

Repeat this saying 40 times during the session.
Have three sessions per day.

Terminate each session by taking a deep breath, opening your eyes and stretching comfortably to feel all parts of your body awakening.
