Shealy SELF-HEALTH Day #34

Choose three of your favorite techniques out of the last 33 days. Combine them into one session by doing them for a shorter period of time. The total time should be about 15 minutes three times per day.

 Day #3- I am relaxed
 Day #4- I am one
Day #3- I am love
